Aberration rules change application: charge nodes

Due to the unowned nature of charge nodes I wonder if ab rules could be changed in the following:
1. Allow claiming of charge nodes.
2. Limit the number of charge nodes that could be claimed to 1 for tribes with more then 2 players.
3. Claimed charge nodes could be walled and/or enclosed to prevent non-tribe players accessing them.
4. Optional: limit the area for claiming charged nodes: either green or blue area.

Motivation:
1. Large number of charge nodes. Far more then oil nodes on SE, which are allowed for claiming.
2. Charge node interaction requires lengthy periods of time which allows thefts.

not going to happen, having all the charge nodes open to everyone is essential if you need to craft a large amount of element.
the process is very slow which is why there are a decent amount of nodes.
I have been spending about an hour to 2 hours a day crafting element on nodes all around the map and as of right now I have crafted a total of around 80 element, now try to imagine making 130 element (tek rep and genny) on a single node... it is simply not possible.
