Attention Ark PvP Players:
We want your opinions on how you feel about Ark PvP rule #6 and rule #7.
Full rules found here: https://davidscloud.net/threads/davidscloud-rules.692/
Initially, both rules where added due to a large number of complaints from the members that base wiping and passive killing was unnessicary. Now we are receiving an equally large number of complaints wanting to return back to the official rules of Ark PvP, plus rules that cover mod usage. For reference here are the official Ark PvP rules: https://survivetheark.com/index.php?/code-of-conduct/
Obviously, we can't be having it both ways. Ultimately, the choice on if the rules #6 and #7 stay or go will be up to Davidscloud administration, but we want to know how you feel about it before we make that call. Now is your chance to weigh in and let us know just that. Vote and leave a comment if you feel like it. You've got seven days to give us your opinion and then we'll make the call one way or the other and keep it that way.

#6) 100% base wiping is strictly forbidden. If you raid someone, do it to raid them not wipe them. Raiding correctly would be blowing open part of the base, getting their loot/vaults, and then leaving. Do not wipe everything, it's unnecessary and considered poor sportsmanship. Raids are meant to be setbacks, not forced restarts from scratch.
#7) Killing any dino that is passive and not attacking is forbidden. You may only kill dinos that attack you. Accidental deaths (didn't know a dodo was near a door c4 was used on) are normally excused but subject to review. Please note, dropping a passive dino into a dangerous situation (sharks, lava, etc.), will still be considered as intentionally killing a passive without reason and therefor banable. Exception 1) Platform dinos, like Brontos and Quetzals, that have attacking structures built onto them that are active. If they have no attacking structures or those structures are not currently active then you can not kill them. Exception 2) Dinos that are on passive blocking access to vaults/doors/hatchdoors and can not be easily moved by other means.
