On the Island, Bacon Lover's tribe as a harbor located at coords 16.4, 67.2. Tribe TopHatsClub has parked a boat and several large dinos on the beach immediately against the harbor. They were asked to relocate since they are so close but gave no response. They have not moved and have added more crafting stations to the beach since then (industrial forges specifically).
I was going to give them more time it would look like they do not intend to go anywhere.
