To clarify rules for admins on our cluster it's pretty straightforward. They are all volunteers and with that, they do get compensated for their time in some ways. The general rule for admins is they can use fly for building only and spawn things that are menial like food wood and stone items. But advanced items like tek metal and other items are not allowed. This is to give something back to them for the time they spend doing tickets or events as it can take a lot of time. Any interactions with players are logged in an internal section and logs are kept.
