Details: I am no longer gaining experience in game. It has been stuck at 3110419.5 for about almost a week now despite having done multiple tasks that would give me XP.

Looking at this ticket, I asked b00sh to try something like grabbing an explorer note and it did nothing according to them.
XP is just stuck there for them. Similarly, my in-game level is 133, but I can't imagine why I wouldn't be an increment of 5. Not making this about me at all, but could be coincidental.

Wondering if anything in the .ini file revolving around player experience might have inadvertently been changed.
