Details: Hello, i want to start again with ark, now before the server restart i joined the Fjördur server and download all stuff and swim to the base with my tek suit. So the main problem is: all stuff is gone there was my full breed Shadowmains 255/ all Dinos in inventory and all stuff is now gone and we have no backup for that my char is naked now all stuff is lost, can you fix that problem maybe ?

i swim to the base with the timer on 15 min, then the server is stopped maybe crash ?

i try to jump over to gen 2 and download, but it dosn't work. In tribelog on Fjördur i can see my starter kit - (that is before the download) because i killed the iguanodon + the jerboa (thats before the restart)

unfortunately there is nothing we can do there is a plug in that requires you to log in once every 30 days or it removes everything we did announce the new changes so my hands are tied at this moment

thats not the reason, i logged in to gen 2 my stuff are there -> THEN i go to Fjördur and AFTER THE SERVER RESTART my stuff are gone

Alright could you make a list for us with everything you lost and post here including a rough estimate on how much armor and damage % weapons had.

Also for dinos if they were named please put them here it helps a lot with soul recovery
