[Resolved] item loss due to inescapable death

this happened on april 1st, and i just have not had a good time to get a hold of the admin that said they would help me, and i have a video of all the stuff that had gotten lost, so i was running ice caves with sun and snow, and snow jumped in ahead of me, and it trapped me inside the boss barrier , and i froze to death loosing a lot of gear.
