I jumped in ground and it got stuck so I surfaced and when I did something killed me, I was in a 22 ml hp omega zombie deathworm. I dont think anything that could kill something that high level was on the map at the time

so after looking around, it looks like a Looticorn ( WTF?) spawned on top of me and glitched me into the world
