Details: i was runnning a mission and died, i tired teleporting to where i dies but before i even spawned in i was already dead. it happened multiple times. Griffin-(kazi) leo, drake-(kazi)vin, giga-(kazi)hero, rex-(kazi) boss 1

what were you dying to? Were you glitching in the mesh or dinos killing you? We need a bit more info here please, as well as cords where you were dying not just base location.

i was dying to dinos before i even spawned in, this went on for a while and my body spoiled with all my gear and weapons

Unfortunately that is not a game bug, what you were dealing with was basicly you had some client side lag where you didn't see that you were loaded. Next time id recommend bringing a good strong dino set to neutral with you to cover you or teleporting to a nearby location so that you wont spawn on the same dinos multiple times.

i had a giga set to neutral butit wasnt doing anything
