Details: When transferring from The Island to Extinction from teleporter {nothing in inventory), game crashed. Closed out completely and rebooted game. Tried to connect to Extinction server, received Lost Connection error. Closed out of game and Steam again, and tried to connect to Lost island. Was prompted to either create new character or download old character, however did not show actual character picture, only stats. Again closed out and tried to log into Extinction in case transfer was successful, received same prompt to create or download a character.
