Details: I starved to death while eating lunch and my character was then unable to be opened and i was unable to collect my inventory. And lost everything i had on me.

MJW, the need for your character to eat and drink is a basic part of the game. It's recommended that you log off if you will be AFK for any length of time. I am sorry that you have had to experience this feature the hard way, however it's not something that we can assist with as Admins.

i was back in time to get my stuff the issue was that i couldn't retrieve the stuff in my inventory because it was not allowing me to access my inventory. It was my fault that i died but it was not my fault that i couldn't retrieve my inventory. It was one of arks many glitches.

Is that somehow not a valid reason to get my stuff because it was an ark error that i had no control over. because everyone dies and it may sometimes be there faults but they still have a way to get there stuff but i myself did not have the chance to retrieve my stuff because my body was unable to be opened and that part itself was not a problem that i had no chance to fix by myself making it a problem above my self leaving me helpless in getting my stuff back.

you saw a despawned bag. Bodies do not stay around forever. I am sorry we are unable to help with this issue.
