Details: Talked with Tribe leader about resources spawn blocking and proximity build to an active base. They feel that the small 4 x 4 they built is Neither. Suggest they move just a bit over the gorge but they seem very resolve to keep this small base there. Would like to know if this is a violation or not. Many thanks!!

I went to 28 43 and could find nothing, the only build there is owned by raptors and roses

Found the base and it is in violation, will speak with owner to have it removed. Thank you.

Hello, I was new to the server, until I was Kicked from the server. The outpost in question was mine until it was "demolished" by SpiderChicken. Averia never talked to me about moving the outpost. ZombieDust and I discussed his not wanting my outpost near his main base. I jokingly said I was not moving; however, as anyone who looked across the ravine could see, I was moving. I am an easy to get along with friendly person without a mean bone in my body. However, I voice my feelings freely, sometimes too freely. I like everyone. My motto is forgive and forget. I would like to be reinstated on the server, and my belongings returned to me please, including my stone structures. Weeks of work were destroyed without anyone in authority checking to see if I was moving. Being Kicked from the server was inappropriate. Where is customer service? The foundation of customer service is free speech. As a customer I should be encouraged to voice my opinion. My opinion is I was treated totally unfairly and not given a fair chance to complete my move. Please reinstate me on the server. I have already forgiven everyone involved and will keep my mouth shut regarding this issue from now on.

Why would you joke, several times, I would have helped you.... Given you tames, etc. Your tames were being killed everywhere... I asked you to read the server rules, I told you the server rules I thought you were in violation of. Yet you persisted. Seems hard to chalk this all up to not being really good at English. I am sorry you are mad, but wish you were much more cooperative and collaborative. I wish you the best going forward and no hard feelings in the future. Best not to build though in render range of other large bases and to be knowledgeable of server rules. -ZD

You are not a customer that would imply a money transaction which we do not do. You are a player/member that violated a rule.

However, I did look into you're the case and saw an error in it. First offenses are a warning. The game admin in question that did the report did so incorrectly. As such your ban will be reversed.
