Details: I tried to login and am not able to on 5-6-22 and it has been 13 days since my last log so I am not sure if my toons were deleted or if it is a server issue or some issue on my end with Ark. I will check this again tomorrow as well as try to login again tomorrow. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

No, I was unaware of the IP address change, havent been able to make it as frequently as I was.

I usually just use ARK to get in but none of the servers are showing up and when I try to get in using the site it's not working for me.

Good news, it looks like I'm getting in so hopefully everything will be smooth sailing from there and I can get my ARK back on more consistently.

Well I got in but unfortunately it seems my character must have been wiped so I'll check to make sure I wasnt on a different server before moving forward.
