I don't seen anything wrong with it. Its not within 50 foundations normally. (I might not calculate right).

After further review it looks like your main base for the area is more than 50 foundations away and the second platform was placed recently thus making the build "to close" as your second platform has not be built on we will not be asking the player to move. Please remember the redwoods are a small location and as such you may be close to other builds here.
