• RedM enters release prep after FiveM.

We modernized our support flow.
- You can now create tickets directly in Discord. Website tickets still work.
- A new Member Services section sits at the top of Discord for Help Tickets and Whitelist Requests.
- Tickets ping the right staff. If there is no reply in time, the system escalates to management.
- When a ticket closes, you receive a DM. Transcripts are provided for game reports; staff applications, whitelists, and some routine items will not include transcripts.
