[Resolved] Zip line placement

there seems to be a couple of zip lines that are placed to low to the ground to be used but instead serve as a way to keep people building near their base, it does not say who owns them just that it has 13 days to demolish

Details: it seems someone is putting ziplines in a way that make it so you cannot build close to other bases, the ones i found go across the river but too low to use, plus i cannot build my base wall the way I want
